Processing and Shipping Times
Natural Color Wigs:
- Processing: 2-3 business days
- Shipping: 3-5 business days
Colored & 613 Wigs
- Processing: 2-3 business days
- Shipping: 3-7 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tip: Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance if you need your hair for a particular event to avoid delays in shipping or other external factors.
Tracking Information
All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided during the checkout process. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.
Refunds
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products and to keep our prices competitive, we have implemented a strict no returns, no refunds, no exchanges and no exceptions policy. All sales and purchases made with Glamore Hair Collection are final. We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Chargebacks
By completing your transaction, you confirm that there will be no chargebacks, disputes or reversals on the purchase.

We may refuse or withdraw service at our discretion. If we withdraw after work has begun, fees for completed work (at our hourly rate) may be deducted from any refund.
